Mailing List Instructions: Other Software

Most software packages have a way to export a mailing list.

Look for this function (it's generally near the "Save" command in menus), and see if you can export a list of contacts in a form with any of the following names:

Comma-Separated Values
CSV
Excel
Spreadsheet
Tab-Delimited
Text
XML
