The goal of prayerletters.us is to provide remarkable service, meaning that we hope you'll be so satisfied that you'll mention it to other missionaries, so we can serve them as well.

Simplicity and quality are the fundamentals, and are never trumped by speed, but we take particular delight in sending mail quickly.

Fast turnaround has been our goal since day one, and has been the focus of hundreds of hours of programming efforts along with constant evaluation of our office equipment and layout.

• Two business day turnaround for all mailings. Our goal is to have every mailing sent within two business days, and we achieve this on most mailings throughout the year. Currently, between 50% and 75% of our mailings get mailed within one business day, depending on the time of year.

• Same-day service for simple mailings. If you send us a letter that's ready to print and doesn't have any special requirements (e.g. mail merge), we'll usually have it in the mail on the same day if you send it to us by mid-morning (US Eastern time).

• No holiday deadlines. The weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas are by far the busiest times of year for missionary mailings, and yet we continued to meet our two business day goal for over three quarters of these mailings in 2008, despite having a 33% increase in volume over 2007.

A continual focus on sending letters quickly is what will allow us to continue to send high quality letters for a growing number of missionaries. Our software lets us do this with a small staff, which means that we can provide great working conditions without needing to charge higher prices for our services.
